[1] Widow of murdered State Police officer files wrongful death lawsuit The state’s Department of Public Safety is being sued by the widow of State Police Officer Darian Jarrott who was killed during a traffic stop in February. Gabriella Jarrott is claiming her husband died because of the department’s negligence. Ofc. Jarrott was killed in I-10 near Deming by Omar Cueva. OGDEN, Utah (KTVX) – Utah is home to many architecturally impressive, historic buildings, but it might come as a surprise that a public high school is one of them.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Ogden High School was constructed in 1937 in the Art Deco style and was the “first million-dollar school” in the United States,” according to the Ogden School District website.

Constellation charter school to bring Waldorf education to Alachua

The county’s first Waldorf education grade school — a curriculum that integrates the arts into academics — will be a charter school.

Alachua County School Board members last week approved the concept for the Constellation Charter School of Gainesville.
